win32 000718 build go to ebay click on register to sign up for an ebay account and get the test URL page select United States from combobox check SSL submit page is returned that tells me Input ErrorWe did not successfully receive all the required information from the page. Please go back and ensure that all fields are filled in. seems to work fine to get a registration page at https://scgi.ebay.com/saw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?SSLRegisterShow&countryid=1&siteId=0 &co_partnerId=2&UsingSSL=1 when I do the above steps in 4.x

This is working for me now so maybe it's gone away.
