(Whiteboard: Fix in hand)

Using july 13 commercial build An incoming message which is filtered using action MoveToFolder to a destination of a folder within Local Folders or another account (POP or IMAP) has a status of READ when received into the destination. 1. Go to mail window, login to mail account. 2. Edit|Message Filters and set up a simple message filter for that account, such as subject, contains, foo with an action to MoveToFolder specifying a destination folder in Local Folders hierarchy or on another account. Confirm OK out of filters ui. (If you're specifying another account, login to that account before proceeding.) 3. Send a message to the account which will match the filter criteria you specified. Get messages in that account. Note the filter fires. 4. Open the destination folder where the message was filtered to, but don't select the filtered message. Note the message has status of READ. Result: Message filtered to local folders or other account arrives with READ status. Expected: Filtered message should arrive New/Unread.

the other acct part is just a dup of 23416, because filter moves use the same code as when the user copies a message. I have a fix for that part. I'm still working on the part where moving an unread imap message to a local folder loses the unreadness.
