My Settings are: calendar.alarms.onforevents 1 calendar.alarms.eventalarmlen 15 calendar.alarms.eventalarmunit minutes (see attached screenshot) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Accept invitiation from outlook via Accept Button 2. Select a calendar 3. Send (or don't send) Reply to the organizer 4. The event was created, alarm is set to "no alarm" Actual Results: Created event has alarm set to "no alarm" Expected Results: Created event has alarm set dependend on user settings. In this case alarm "15 minutes before"

According to Bug 445488 this was fixed in Lightning 0.9pre 2008081219. Can you narrow down when this regressed again?
Bug 445488 has only fixed the event summary dialog.
