I'm not capable to judge whether this is the result of a badly designed home page or whether this is a thing Firefox should support. I'll leave that to you.

This is a technical bug database and just posting an URL and telling that it looks wrong isn't enough.
You have to either attach a minimal html testcase and tell us something like "according to CSS2.1 section XYZ" this is wrong or you can create such a bug report if this works in other browsers like : Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox2 but not IE.
