I think I'm in favor of putting this at www.mozilla.org/community/[something here]/. Maybe "pack"? I don't think this needs its own subdomain.
It has to be a separate subdomain because of how it's setup. Sure, with some rewrites, I could fake it looking like it comes from www.mozilla.org, but in the end, it has to be separate.
With the recent redesign of the Get Involved page on www.mozilla.org I don't think we're looking to replace this page any longer.
