It would be nice if pushes to mozilla-central were automatically announced in #developers and pushes to tracemonkey were automatically announced in #jsapi.

Variant of the RDF.bm included with mozbot, modified to more specifically handle the Hgweb RSS feed and turn it into a low-noise notification, similar to tinderbox.

Before verifying this as fixed, we should commit this to the CVS repository for mozbot.  Since the functionality is firebot only at the moment.  Also we should look at Bug 511319 before we commit, in case it should be fixed before the module is added.
