stationary is not imported from Eudora 7
Eudora 7 allowed selection of stationary by double-clicking in the stationary window to send a new template-based email however this feature is missing - are there any plans to incorporate this feature?

Do you mean something like bug 271553 ?
I don't know about Eudora either, but Thunderbird has both allows you to save a message as a draft and as a template. I think Templates are what Eudora calls Stationery.

If that's not what you mean, you could use the Stationery extension:
