Flash movie loads fine on opening window when Firefox is first opened but not if window is closed then reopened without quitting the browser.

To get the movie to load I have to quit Firefox and open it again

The flash movie is held on my own server and is loaded when I open the homepage - It is currently the first item on the home page but will work its way down as new items are added. The url above is for the individual page. Same problem in both instances.

I am using Joomla! 1.1X - the latest version of 1.1 - to create my site

I have tried turning caching off but the problem persists

The problem does not occur in Safari



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox 
2.Navigate to http://www.gtchild.co.uk/content/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=289&Itemid=1
3. Close the window using the red button on the top lh corner of the browswe
4. Open a new windoand navigate same url - movie missing completely
5. Quit Firefox
6. Open Firefox navigate to http://www.gtchild.co.uk/content/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=289&Itemid=1 again and movie is there
Actual Results:  
See above - explained in 1 - 6

Expected Results:  
loaded the flash vid as normal

I can't reproduce this.

I tested with Firefox 3.0.1 on OS X 10.5.4, with the current version
(9.0 r124, from Apple) of the Flash plugin.

This bug was reported using Firefox 3.0 or older, which is no longer supported. The bug has also not been changed in over 500 days and is still in UNCO.
Reporter, please retest this bug in Firefox 3.6.10 or later using a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles. If you still see this problem, please update the bug. If you no longer see the bug, please set the resolution to RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
