If a message filter is moving a message or processing a message in one account and a different filter is moving a message to that account an error message pops up.
If a filter processes a message and the fails to complete sending it via SMTP the filter continues to move the message to a destination folder chosen by the filter and the user cannot determine if the message was sent or not, or which message was sent or not sent when filtering multiple messages.
When processing pop3 mail with different accounts, filters can interfere with each other. There is a bug in the hierarchy of processes for multiple accounts and the heirarchy of filter actions when processing multiple accounts.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.If a message filter is moving a message or processing a message in one account and a different filter is moving a message to that account an error message pops up.
2.If a filter processes a message and the fails to complete sending it via SMTP the filter continues to move the message to a destination folder chosen by the filter and the user cannot determine if the message was sent or not, or which message was sent or not sent when filtering multiple messages.
3.When processing pop3 mail with different accounts, filters can interfere with each other. There is a bug in the hierarchy of processes.
Actual Results:
filters complete subsequent actions when sending templates fails due to SMTP errors on remote server.
filter actions can interfere with each other over multiple accounts when moving messages between accounts and running filters simultaneously (usually while downloading new messages at the same time in multiple accounts and filtering them at the same time.
Expected Results:
a message filter that allows for the collection of new email addresses in any address book chosen by the user, or multiple address books, if chosen by the user in the filter process.
accounts should not interfere with each other when downloading new pop mail.
there should be a filter that allows for the collection of email addresses in any address book chosen by the user
(there is already a filter that compares incoming sender email addresses to any chosen address book)
