This bug is created by the discussion on bug 450240.

Following things should be discussed and/or improved:

* Placement of checkboxes/radiobuttons (before or after the content)
* Highlighting of selected entries (using a bold font moves content up/down)
* Using textareas instead of input fields for additional comments

Probably there could be some more...

One example for a survey on Wordpress:

I really like the radiobuttons in-front of the answers. That's one thing I've already mentioned with my initial comment. It makes it much more allocatable. Depending on the amount of characters for a user given comment they use textfields or textareas.
