I just upgraded and the monitor looks like a kindergarten window.  I need smaller text and little icons and the ability to control the size, fix settings.  I am seasick and want the old visuals back.  Everything was fine for five years, and now I have to scroll a lot just to read the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I turn on the screen.

Actual Results:  
I try to change to text size by scrolling while holding the control button, and the text responds. As soon as I change a page or log off, the desired size disappears.

Expected Results:  
I expect the text to remain the way I adjusted it.

I hate reading and writing this way and if I can't have it the old way, I'll find another way to get into everything.  The type is huge and the icons are like balloons.  I can't see the entire page at one time and too frustrating at the end of the day.

Sounds like caused by an incompatible add-on. Please try running Firefox in its safe-mode to find out.

This bug was reported using Firefox 3.0 or older, which is no longer supported. The bug has also not been changed in over 500 days and is still in UNCO.
Reporter, please retest this bug in Firefox 3.6.10 or later using a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles. If you still see this problem, please update the bug. If you no longer see the bug, please set the resolution to RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
