bugzilla.mozilla.org is not currently using fixed in, as such the query form is wasting space with an empty field, it shouldn't appear if it's entirely unused.

1) The "Fixed In" field is a custom field for b.m.o, not something we have upstream;
2) This is unrelated to the bmo upgrade last month as this field existed well before the upgrade (so removing the dependency);
3) This is mostly a dupe of bug 447908.

There is no "fixed in" field anymore. I got rid of it a long time ago.
