(edit) links should be somewhat bigger than they are, to make life a little easier, in a Fitt's Law way.
I disagree. (edit) has the same size as the normal text, and isn't smaller than (vote), (History), [reply], "tree" or "graph". This link should really not be the predominent piece in the bug view. And there is no reason to be inconsistent with other links.
We click it way more. Do you even know what Fitt's Law is? This isn't an aesthetic point I'm making, here.
I know what it is, yes, and it still doesn't justify the change IMO.
Bugzilla 3.2 is restricted to security bugs only. Moreover, this bug is either assigned to nobody or got no traction for several months now. Rather than retargetting it at each new release, I'm clearing the target milestone and the bug will be retargetted to some sensible release when someone starts fixing this bug for real (Bugzilla 3.8 more likely).
Target Milestone: Bugzilla 3.2 → ---
Severity: normal → enhancement
Priority: -- → P3
Summary: (edit) links are a bit too small → Make (edit) links a bit bigger
Target Milestone: --- → Bugzilla 3.8
changing the description to reflect the actual need/patch. We need to add a class. If we add the font-size: 1.2em or something is a different matter and is easy to configure in global.css
Summary: Make (edit) links a bit bigger → Add css class to (edit) links so that they can be made a bit bigger
Assignee: guy.pyrzak → mkanat
Keywords: polish
Target Milestone: Bugzilla 4.0 → ---
Assignee: mkanat → ui
Not all (edit) links have the same importance, IMO, and so using the same class for them all is not a good solution. pyrzak already added an ID to all (edit) links, so I think another class is useless.
