In AMO, we need to add this line to config-local.php:
define('MIRROR_DELAY', 60);

This doesn't need any downtime.  What it does is allows AMO to serve files locally via HTTP for an additional 30 minutes before they are served from releases.mozilla.org to give more time for new extension files to rsync over to the mirrors.  Only public add-ons are affected.
