455911 - No text area, since Yahoo! Mail classic just made a change in the last week

Since Yahoo! Mail classic just made a change in the last week, I have not been able to get a text area to display for a compose email, reply or forward email on Firefox 3.0.1. 
However, it works fine on IE6.
Please fix this, I despise using IE!!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log onto Yahoo! Mail Classic
2.Click on the Compose button
3.Notice that there is no text area to type in your actual email msg.
Actual Results:  
You get the TO:. CC:, and Subject: fields, but then the rest of the email doesn't appear at all (missing formatting tools and text area). I can attach files, but I can't send a msg because there's no text area.

Expected Results:  
It is totally reproducable: no text area appears!

Displayed a text area and formatting toolbar so that I can type in my email message.

I don't have a yahoo Account to test but I guess they have tested this before doing the change.
Do you get this in the Firefox safemode ?

The second thing to do after trying the safemode would be to ask yahoo, what did they answer ?

Eileen: I don't see this using  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1. I would do what Matthias suggests in Comment 1 and make sure an extension is not causing the problem. Also, do you happen to have the Yahoo toolbar installed?

As of today Yahoo! Mail classic doesn't work properly with firefox or camino (it continues to work fine with non-gecko safari).
Most of the pages are mangled, and most of the content isn't loaded on any of the pages once you log in.

Marcia, I don't have the Yahoo toolbar installed, but magically, today, I suddenly have the text area back and it's working. What changed? What was fixed?
Before I contacted Mozilla, I had already sent feedback to Yahoo! saying there was no text area and so I couldn't send out any emails. But no response from them.

Thanks Eileen for the response.
I will mark this bug works for me, you can reopen if you get this again in the near future but I suggest that you try the safemode first as posted in comment#1.

I too have found Yahoo! Mail to suddenly work again... maybe they had a problem for a while?

I expect that they had a problem on their side.
That explains why it's working again for Eileen and you.
