since 1.3, close date column in the case list of test run view has gone missing; apparently many felt it was not useful.  seeing as how users now have the luxury of choosing which columns they wish to display, it'd be nice for those of us fringe loonies who do find it useful to be able to have it.

adds back in the closed date column.
