I do not believe that there is an icon for Select All on the Download manager. Try in Safe mode, but I think that is normal behavior. Even in Windows, there is no icon. This is like "Open Containing folder".

This might be wontfix. The usual gtk-select-all icon contains a text cursor, which doesn't really fit.

You are right. Nautilus does not use the icon.
