Tested with build 2000071520 on Win 98
The directory bin/res/throbber is still part of the Windows build. I don't know
if it shows up on other OS's. The directory contains the throbber that was used
in M8 along with all 30 gifs that make up the animation.

Looking at the Makefiles in
mozilla\webshell\tests\viewer
it appears this will be on the windows and Unix versions
