Details

Need to be able to do offline printing. This is currently a problem because we re-load embedded urls (images) when we goto print them.
Blocks: 18213
pam and I are thinking that this may just work :-). Image lib asks the necko cache (where images *should* be) for data in the printing case.
I just tested this and I was able to print just fine. closing out.
