When the bookmark manager is shown or dismissed, we need to swap it in and out with the Gecko view in the tab chain.

I marked this as a regression since in a quick test of a previous build it worked for me, but it sounds like it didn't work reliably before (surprise surprise), so perhaps this is just a half-regression ;)

This was actually taken care of when fixing bug 456186.  Everything seems to be fully integrated into the loop now.
