The following buttons need to be removed:

* Find Events (replacement: new tb3 search [1])
* Delete      (replacement: menu)
* Print       (replacement: menu)
* Reload      (replacement: menu)

Attachment: Fix - v1

This patch gets rid of most buttons mentioned:

* I left in the find events button since exptoolbar is not part of core code yet
* Also gets rid of the addressbook toolbarbutton
* Moves remaining styles for "Go to Today" toolbarbutton to sunbird

* I'll file a bug to make the "Get Mail" button take care of
  reloading/synchronization.
* I'll file a bug to get rid of the "Edit" button, but we might need a
  replacement for it somewhere.
* Integrating the unifinder button should probably be taken care of in
  bug 461032, if not earlier.
