Build Identifier:
Movement in a diagonal movement using two-finger gesture results a large jump to the left/right, then a large jump up/down, depeding on direction of gesture of course.
Results not a smooth diagonal movement as expected.
Reproducible: Always

There are two problems here:
1. Our scroll events can only carry one axis. We split diagonal scroll
gestures up and scroll separately in each axis.
2. Scrolling is synchronous, bug 418351.

For 1. we could add some bit to the first event we dispatch and scroll only after
we get the second event.

I also have this, and only occurs when both vertical and horizontal scroll bars are visible/possible. Compare it with how smooth Safari is. Also, see bug 458554, in general the new pixel scrolling isn't as smooth as Safari.
