decorate folder in folder pane that is the current target of "most recent" so that there is visual indication of which folder is the current target.

Rationale, ctrl+shift+m is a handy little bugger/shortcut, but when one returns to the keyboard after leaving for a while, or when there are 2-3 frequent targets it can be hard to remember which was most recently the target of a move/copy - therefore there are times when ctrl+shift+m can't safely be used because you are not 100% certain where the message will be put.

While a focus ring may do the decorate function, are you also asking that the folder pane scroll to the target folder so the decoration is visible? Seems to me that would be needed when the 3-Pane View Layout is Wide Message.

I skipped that aspect as I use classic view and have no requirement (because the fold is normally in view) nor strong feeling about it - but my gut feeling is no.  As for wide view, I don't know.  Would be good to hear alternative solutions as well.

additional rationale to comment 0, using multiple PCs (admittedly not the most common use case) also increases difficulty.  

Re the visual clue 
- my guess is it's preferable to not have the most recent folder automatically scrolled into view if it happens to be out of view, strikes me as disruptive
- focus ring is not sufficient decoration, rather I'm thinking something striking with color, like the "has new mail" star decoration.  ideas: bulls eye, arrow ...

actually, I'd be even happier for name of most recent folder copied or moved to *always* display somewhere in text in the UI, like in the status bar. moding summary.
