456594 - Firefox logo discussion forum permissions/logged-out experience needs fixing

Description

Over in bug 456066, we're linking to from https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/about/logo/ to http://www.spreadfirefox.com/forum/675, but the experience when logged out and loading that page is simply just "Access Denied".

We need a better experience; something along the lines of letting the user know they should log in, or at least create an account...

As a quick workaround, we can use a Document with comments instead of a forum.

Paul: you mentioned the "access denied" is in the code somewhere, so harder to change. Can you confirm this?

Alix, this looks great. Let's do this option for now and then work on updating the access denied message as a longer term project.

Will close this bug once the page is up and the link has been updated.
