We have enough responses from every locale except Japan and China. More than enough. Removal of the survey links from the 3.0.3 whats new page to all locales except Japan, Trad Chinese and Simplified Chinese would be greatly appreciated. We will also need to remove those links some time in the future, maybe as early as Monday. We can use this bug for those removals as well. Thanks!

Surveys are removed from all locales except those above in r18725 and r18727. I'll resolve this for now. You can reopen or refile on Monday. Also, you'll need to CC Kohei for any changes to the Japanese locale.
