gfxAtsuiFonts.cpp is the only caller, so it's not needed on linux/win. dbaron suggests replacing the single use of it with nsFont::EnumerateFamilies or some such.
Sorry, I was confusing ForEachFont and ForEachPrefFont, and my suggestion would have been the other way around anyway.
