The `Location:' and `Link will open in:' tooltips for links should be removed, as 
they are much more annoying than useful.

* `Location:' is already shown in the status bar, so a tooltip is redundant.

* The target for a link would be better indicated by one of the methods
  suggested in bug 14027.

Hasn't this already been removed? I thought I saw the removal fly by in the CVS
