Starting with firefox 3.0.2 and also in the updated 3.0.3 when the browser is open I get an activity symbol as if something is stil loading up. I have started firefox in safemode with all add ons-ex. disabled and it still does it. Its also not the page itself but the application. When I pull the system memory application it shows my cpu and memory are being used alot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just open browser
2.
3.
Actual Results:
system displays an activity symbol

Expected Results:
The application should have loaded up and stop maintaining a process on my computer.
Could be caused by history or live bookmarks loading. Or add-ons. Or all three.
You can try out by starting Firefox in safe-mode: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode_(Firefox)
If it still happens you could delete your livemarks or export your bookmarks as html and copy them to a new profile to test if they are the cause.
