In places organizer date of last visit for bookmarks and history entries displays in US format, like 9/29/2008 9:29PM instead my system format 29.09.2008 21:29

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. (for US only) set system format date to any non-US. U use Latvian.
1. open history -> show all history
2. set last visit date column visible
3. look to date format
Actual Results:
dates in US format

Expected Results:
Date in system date format

3.1xxx trunk have this error; 3.0.3 trunk does not have.
i think that's related to the locale your firefox version is, is your 3.0.3 version a en-US one?
I am using trunk nightly build, en-us.
Does it mean date format now depend on build settings, not on firefox config or system locale?
Version: unspecified → Trunk
IIRC it depends on firefox localization you're using
Ok; Should I fill new bug about ignoring system locale settings?

This may have been fixed in the past, but I have the same problem on version 54 on my Macintosh, so I’m not so sure.

I have filed a separate bug report.
