* If the last tab is being closed, should we
  A) create a new blank tab, or
  B) not allow the last tab to be closed

* Code cleanup
  * Switch to a <handler> for the close button image

Hey, that's how it's implemented now! We'll get some feedback from the field to see how well B is liked/disliked.
