That bug is a clear dublicate, the reporter of that bug confirmed that foxyproxy caused his issues. You can write a new bug with all detail but only if you tried running Firefox 2.0.0.17 in the Firefox safemode (not the windows safemode) and it also fails in the Firefox safemode.
