In Multiday view, when you press the CTRL key, it's for multiselecting...
Today, when CTRL Key you can move and resize the events... this could cause problems

Expected Results:  
It could be great if the event could not be resized/move when CTRL key is pressed...

do not show the grippy bar on event when hovering when CTRL is pressed

This is a personal preference and doesn't affect much users.
A solution for touch screens is needed in the next years anyway.

We can MAYBE talk about this in "Disability Improvement" but a normal user shouldn't have a problem with this.
