The page http://www.cjmtk.com/About.aspx fails to load from a click on an Excel cell because Firefox appends the string FirefoxHTML\Shell\Open\Command to the URL.  The desired page appears to load and then a redirect to a 404 error is generated.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Excel spreadsheet in which one cell contains http://www.cjmtk.com/About.aspx as a URL
2.Click on the cell
3.
Actual Results:  
Mozilla browser tab opens and the desired page appears to load, then instantly a 404 error page is displayed.  The URL displayed in the browser is http://www.cjmtk.com/About.aspxFirefoxHTML%5CShell%5COpen%5CCommand, so it appears that Firefox is appending a string to the URL that makes the URL invalid.

Expected Results:  
The software should have opened the page without error.
