When you try to highlight a portion of text, the entire background takes on that color.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type some text in a message box
2. Highlight few words
3. Click on the background color icon (next to Font name)
4. Select a color from the color pallete
5. Hit ok
The entire page background changes to the picked color
Actual Results:  
The entire background of the edit box becomes the picked color

Expected Results:  
Only the background of the highlighted text selected before picking a color should take on the color.

Changing this bug to be an enhancement - the background function is working in exactly the same was as it was in 2.x. I don't think this is a regression.
