When we enabled all unit tests, we originally disabled a few tests because they weren't working. test_punycodeURI.js wasn't working on MacOSX 10.4. Bug 447999 added a check to test_punycodeURI.js to disable it on MacOSX 10.4. This means we can get rid of the Thunderbird specific disable and just let the test run if it can.
