The file looks corrupted.
I did a wget on it without problems and could read it without any issue
also, fwiw, lynx reads it just fine
I downloaded it (1.7MB) and it seems to be an HTML file. There's gibberish 3/4 the way in and while it starts with "<html><head>" it ends with "</pre></div></div>". Firefox does make an attempt to load and show the thing, it just takes forever. I also tried in Konqueror and it throws a fit too, but it at least gives up after a relatively short time and shows what it has. This file is clearly corrupted. The bug here is that Firefox doesn't just give up and show what it can rather than stalling attempting to show a bad file.
Forgot to add: I tried the same thing on IE under XP, No problems there. I agree, Firefox should display what it can, possibly with an error message about corruption. Just running forever is not really acceptable IMHO
There's probably a general bug to that fact around here somewhere. If you or anyone can find it, please dupe this to that. I'll just confirm for now.
