Details

It's incredibly hard to test builds and other infrastructure that at least partially relies on our server setup.

Thus I'd like to have a "good to mess with" repository in l10n-central named x-testing, i.e., http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/x-testing/. x-testing is a valid language identifier per RFC3066 not colliding with real locales, fwiw, thus the somewhat funky name.

Hooks should be as for all other l10n-central repos, common l10n permissions should be good, too.

This repository should rather not show up on mxr, it would just confuse the results.
