testcase

See testcase, a 1px, 200px wide black line remains at the spot where the black bordered box was before it rotated to the new position.
It is a painting bug, after I overlayed a window over it, the line has disappeared.

testcase 2

This test is in strict mode (bug occurs in quirks mode differently).
1px gray border remains on bottom after box moving.
No rotation involved here.

testcase 3 (simplified)

The margin of the <h1> element in testcase 1 and 2 (0.67em) computes to 21.44px or something.
Removing the heading and adding a fractionally margin to the div trigges the bug as well.
