Details

On Mac, if you hide then show XUL <menu> nodes by toggling the 'hidden' 
attribute, they they are shown, we append them to teh end of the Mac menu bar, 
instead of inserting them in the proper place.

This causes composer's menus to get messed up when you go into HTML source mode 
and back.
