Firefox is not recognizing that the update has already been installed after i have restarted firefox. Even after restarting the computer every time i open firefox its wants to install the update.

Are you still seeing this? Also, your report shows that you were using 3.0.2 so an offer to 3.0.3 would be correct if that is the case but it shouldn't repeatedly offer.

Please update if you are still able to reproduce the issue. If yes, please attach the last-update.log along with the updates.xml file. If you've installed under program files these will typically be located under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\ and the last-update.log is inside the updates directory.
