When for example the the window of the finder or another application is running in the front of all and camino runs in the backgroud i have following problem:

Opening a new window with right click on camino dock icon, while camino is in the background, the new window does not open in the front of all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.bring for example the finder into the front, so that camino is in the background
2.right mouse klick on the camino dock icon
3.select "new window"
Actual Results:  
Camino does not bring the new window into the front.
The window of the actual application keeps in the front.

Expected Results:  
To bring the new window into the front.
