I get events but all of them are untitled. Don't know if Yahoo issue or Lightening. The events are shown as 'Untitled' because they are untitled. The file is missing 'SUMMARY' entries for every 'VEVENT'.
Yahoo probably exports the calendar in some kind of 'private mode'. It only contains public information like event start and end date but lacks private information like event title, location, description, etc. Resolving as INVALID because this isn't a Lightning issue.
