Not all menu items have ids in the editorOverlay.xul files. There are times those are handy, so lets add ids there. (No functional change.)

Mainly yes. What prompted me to add them now is I'm making a patch to get gtk stock icons set up for thunderbird menu items. For a a few menu items here it would be nice to use icons - but for that I need ids.
