Details

Creating a bug because I'm making an af locale for AMO.  Friedel is going to use it for testing Verbatim and eventually we should have a full localization.

I'm not adding it to the valid languages array so it will just be a directory in SVN for now.
Mass-close of L10n bugs.  We're using the newsgroups to notify localizers about updates so there isn't much of a reason to leave these open.  If you have a specific case, feel free to reopen.
