Create a "contact us" form that will route questions appropriately. 

If logged in, the members' sfx username will automatically be filled in, as well as their name and email address.
If not logged in, the users should enter a name and email address so we can get in touch with them.

In addition, there should be a pull-down menu to route the question/comment to the appropriate group. It should be possible for a vanguard user to edit those options and the email addresses the message should be routed to.

@ Paul I just made all the changes for Mary as she asked here and  via email.

with the exception of all form selection in order for me to set it up I had to have a new email for each selection on the email forum

and I did change the contact root email to [e-mail]

I just sent out a test from email to Mary to see if it goes to [e-mail] and [e-mail] and a email to [e-mail]|My account to see if it also goes to [e-mail]

@ Mary if we need do it this way all emails can be changed

Hey there:  Actually, the email address for "Other" should be
"[e-mail]".  [e-mail] is still the "from" address
for everything :) 

I am not sure what you mean by the authoring info being changed...

I found the authoring section, but not sure about it's relevance.  Is it something the user sees in the email or just for our internal purposes?

Jamey:
- E-mail from address: This needs to be [e-mail] vs. the new [e-mail]
- "Other" option:  Can you add this back in?  Seems to have disappeared.

[e-mail] will remain the site's "From" address. The contact form is intended to quickly triage the incoming requests and also limit the spam we're getting on those addresses (which is why we're using a form instead of publishing the addresses directly).

we can not have duplicate emails on the setup module

with this module 

if I have 2 [e-mail]

only 1 will show on the "Contact Us webform page"

Great - this looks good.  To confirm: does the [e-mail] get all the submitted contact forms so we can make sure stuff is getting followed up on?  Or is it just the "Support and other inquiries"?

Alix:  Where was the "Contact Us" link going to live on the site?

It would be good to have it in the site-wide footer as well as in the FAQ since it's typically the 2 places where people look for "Contact Us".

Hey Jamey:  Thanks for doing that.  I got three emails this morning to the sfx-admins alias with the subject:  Form submission from: [title].

It was regarding affiliates, but David never got the email.  Is there any way to tell if the sender had selected "affiliates"?

Also, can the email generate the same subject that a user submits vs. Form submission from:?  It would be more useful in identifying these emails and making sure they get answered.

so is this bug now for the three incoming emails?  If so, we can change the title this time, but in the future it would be awesome if we could close this bug when the created form was launched, and file a new one for continuing problems.

Yep - I will start a separate bug.

The remaining contact form issues are:

- need a new category added - "Marketing Ideas" - which I can do.
- 3 copies of each email come in.
- Still can't submit a comment if you're not logged in despite permissions being reset so you can do so.
