in the News server subscriber dialog should present the current News server, or ones of the server, but not and small empty drop down field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh installation / new and empty profile
2. Fresh Mail account setup (Gmail)
3. Fresh News server setup (news.mozilla.org)
4. On the News server in left pane use right mouse and open Subscriber dialog

Actual Results:  
Dropdown box for Account is very small and must select the only one "news.mozilla.org" to enable the rest of dialog options.

Expected Results:  
Set "news.mozilla.org" as default account.
