Build Identifier: 3.0.3 and 3.0.1 crash, 3.0.2 did not

Starts can access web pages then just sitting there crashes

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start 3.0.3
2.acess any web page
3.it crashes
Actual Results:  
nothing special just start it up. did not do it with 3.0.2

Expected Results:  
it crashed

not crashed
3 has been good then 3.0.1 crashed all the time. I used internet explorer until 3.0.2 came out this one was ok. Why cant I just reload 3.0.2?
