Only having the possibility to read the documentation on MDC online is a limitation when traveling and having no internet connection. There should be a way to run it on the local computer. The same idea was realized by Wikipedia a long time ago. The way how you can run it offline is described here: http://users.softlab.ece.ntua.gr/~ttsiod/buildWikipediaOffline.html Can we do something similar for our developer pages?

Eric, can you directly give us some information about?

This is something we intend to do; Deki has the ability to generate PDFs already; the plan is to create an extension that lets you choose subtrees of the site and spit out PDFs for them. However, there are other things higher on the priority list at this time, so it will be a while before we get to this.
