Applying other theme have no effect.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start SeaMonkey
2. from View menu, choose Apply Theme, then SeaMonkey Modern
3. Quit SeaMonkey cleanly.
4. Restart SeaMonkey.
Actual Results:
The appearance still the same.
Under View -> Apply Theme, the check back to SeaMonkey Default Theme
Expected Results:
Under View -> Apply Theme, the SeaMonkey Modern should be checked.
The appearance should be different (as SeaMonkey Modern)

Do you quit SeaMonkey from the "SeaMonkey" menu ("SeaMonkey" --> "Quit SeaMonkey") or do you quit SeaMonkey from the Dock?

The reason I ask is that it seems to work when I quit from the menu. I see the issue when quitting SeaMonkey from the Dock. This is probably a toolkit bug, and I think it's already filed.

Yes, you are right. The theme switching worked when I quit properly from the menu.

OK, thanks. I'm duping this one against a more recent bug (slightly more info in there).
