Button to choose sound file upon download completion works, but once the file is choosen ceases to work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open preferences, browser, downloads
2. Mark tick "Play a sound"
3. Click "Browse" and choose some .wav
4. Click "Browse" again

Actual Results:
At step 4 nothing happens. If preferences are saved with "OK" then it fails to work anymore, restarting browser doesn't help either.

Expected Results:
At step 4 there should be "Open file" dialog.

Adding Manuel so aware of issue.
Depends on: 444582
As resident DLMGR guy, I'm in favor of "blocking-"

Basically, its a relatively minor issue, and DLMGR will be refactored for next release anyway...

If Manuel doesn't have time, I can probably find a fix for this even before the DLMGR stuff lands. But I doubt it will be in time for a2.
I fully agree with comment #3, this is a minor glitch and download manager is planned to be rewritten in the 2.0 timeframe anyway.
